▸ Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Memory Sequence(the "game"), made by ARKBS Labs ("we", "us"). By accessing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
▸ The Game
Memory Sequence is a single-player memory and pattern-recognition puzzle game. You watch a sequence of illuminated tiles and reproduce it in order across a campaign, daily and Elite challenges, achievements and leaderboards. The game requires an internet connection to save cloud progress and view leaderboards.
▸ Accounts
Some features — cloud save, leaderboards, friends and daily rewards — require signing in through a supported provider (Google, Apple, Facebook or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
▸ Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or otherwise manipulate scores, leaderboards or rewards;
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the game's backend services or other players' accounts;
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or impersonate other players;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the game except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found to be cheating or engaging in fraudulent activity, including removal from leaderboards, consistent with our anti-cheat and fair-play practices.
▸ Virtual Items
Blitz Points, Continue Tokens, achievements and similar in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual items at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse.
▸ Leaderboards and Social Features
Leaderboards, friends, and score-sharing features display certain information — such as your display name, score, and rank — to other players, as described in our Privacy Policy. Be mindful of what you choose as a display name and avatar; do not use them to impersonate others or post offensive content.
▸ Advertising
The game may offer optional rewarded video placements (for example, to double Blitz Points). These are optional and never interrupt active gameplay. An advertising provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to any ad you choose to view.
▸ Intellectual Property
The game, including its design, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by ARKBS Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
▸ Third-Party Services
The game is built on the Base44 platform and uses third-party sign-in providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
▸ Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
▸ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARKBS Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the game.
▸ Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud or abuse, or at our discretion. You may stop using the game, or delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
▸ Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the game after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
