Delete Account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended):
If you are signed in, open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account → Delete Forever. This permanently erases your account and all linked data and signs you out immediately.

Option 2 — By email:
Contact support@arkbslabs.com from the email address connected to your account. Include the game name and write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Identity verification may be required before we process an email request.

Anti-cheat / fraud records are retained but all personal identifiers (email, display name, user ID, avatar) are removed and replaced with "Deleted User". This allows us to protect fair leaderboards while honoring your deletion.

Anonymized records are kept only for as long as needed for fraud prevention, security and legal obligations, then removed.

Your account is signed out and you are returned to the login screen. You can sign in again with the same provider to create a fresh, empty account — your previous data will not return, and you will no longer appear on public leaderboards.
